Standing in the Need of Prayer

Prayer is one of the cornerstones in the life of a Christian. We know the power of corporate, and indiviual prayer, and have witnessed God moving to answer prayers. We are charged not only to love one another, but also to pray for one another and to intercede on their behalf.

Your Union Baptist Church Family and Friends are lifting up in prayer the names of those who are in our hearts and minds. We are asking God to meet their needs according to His Will, His Way, and His Timing.

"Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 

And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God."
