Pastoral Search Guide

Union Baptist Church is embarking on a spiritual journey to search for the next Pastor to shepherd our flock. We are in prayer that God will guide our next Pastor to us, and us to them. We have entrusted this monumental task to a five member spiritually led Pastoral Search Committee. This committee will be following a guidance tool entitled: Pastor Search A Prayer Driven Process by Bob Lowman, Jr.
